Imagine a world where authors can make money by giving digital versions of their books away to their readers, and readers could explore all sorts of books that they may have never even considered reading before.
Here is a passage from Cory Doctorow's Little Brother:
Neil Gaiman asked the room "Hands up in the audience if you discovered your favorite writer for free -- because someone loaned you a copy, or because someone gave it to you? Now, hands up if you found your favorite writer by walking into a store and plunking down cash." Overwhelmingly, the audience said that they'd discovered their favorite writers for free, on a loan or as a gift.
TUEBL embraces the idea that when a person loves an author, they become that author's biggest consumer. They see the author in person, they buy the physical copies of the book (frequently multiple, to give to friends and in different editions), and they support the author however they can.
We want to give authors even more though, so we provide analytics to authors who want them so they can learn where their users are coming from and other useful information which they can then use to target book sales, advertise, and market themselves more effectively. We also have user feedback, so authors can learn what people like and don't like in their writing.
We are in a new era for literature, we and our 1,500+ confirmed partner authors are excited about bringing change to the way people consume their books.

You bet, as long as you are the copyright holder to the book we would love to have it! Click here to submit a book. Please fill out as much information as possible.
Please make a post in the forum. Odds are there may be an answer there or someone else is having the same issue. When you issue is solved someone else may see the response and their issue fixed as well.
Yikes! we are really sorry about that, we do what we can to prevent copyrighted materials showing up on our site but sometimes books slip through the cracks. Fortunately we have developed an industry leading system that provides copyright owners the ability to remove content in minutes (in comparison to 48 hours from Youtube or 72 hours from Facebook).
We do not accept DMCA requests by email, this is for author's protection: In the old system we would have copyright holder's emails get spam filtered, and manually processing them could take at least 72 hours for us to handle. Using the form ensures no email gets missed and all content gets handled efficenty.
Just click the link that says DMCA on the book page (it's under the download options and to he right) and it will take you to a form that you fill out and the book is removed instantly (for your convenience we save the fields for you, so you only have to fill it out once).
Our reading ease system is on a scale of 1 to 5, books that are easier to read will be closer to 1 while books that are more difficult to read will be closer to 5. Our system is a unique ranking system based on various factors but was heavily influenced by the flesch-kincaid system.
